Return & Refund Policy

At TriExplorer(TM), we strive to provide our customers with top-quality pedicab products that meet their expectations. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise where you may need to Return and Refund your pedicab. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return & refund process, we have established the following policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • To be eligible for a return, the pedicab must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@triexplorer.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  1. Inspection and Refund:
  • Once the returned tricycle is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange your pedicab for a different model or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  1. Warranty Claims:
  • For pedicab covered by our warranty, please refer to the warranty documentation included with your purchase for information on how to file a warranty claim.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Customized or personalized pedicabs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Returns of pedicabs purchased from authorized dealers must be processed through the original point of purchase.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
  • Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your pedicab(s), please contact our customer service team, and we will work diligently to resolve the matter.
     

    Cancellation Policy

    triexplorer.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.
